Our Junior Group String Class offers a dynamic, high-energy introduction to the Violin. Specially designed for beginner musicians aged 6 to 10 years, this course turns traditional string practice into an interactive, team-based adventure.
Using the acclaimed Encore Music Education Curriculum, we actively engage your child’s visual, auditory, and movement-based learning styles. This multi-sensory approach builds foundational instrument technique while cultivating real musical artistry.
Our highly experienced teacher, Rowan Harvey-Martin, introduces the violin to our students in a fun environment, using an aurally-based approach to teaching.
Class Details & Schedule
- Start Date: Friday, 16 October 2026
- Time: 3:45 PM – 4:30 PM
- Ages: 6 to 10 years (Beginner level)
- Included Materials: Student Course Book, Music Practice Journal, and digital backing track access via the Encore Music Wiz App
- Fees: $33 per 45-minute class, payable by the term and $42.00 for music materials, twice a year.
